Founded in 1980 by Carmine Bevilacqua, the firm exists today as a professional association with Giorgio Lener.
Carmine Bevilacqua teaches industrial law at the University of Rome "La Sapienza". Throughout the years, he has served on the board of directors of leading Italian companies and is a member of the Patent Commission at "La Sapienza".
Giorgio Lener is full professor of private law at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata" and author of several publications in the field of civil law, contract and domestic and international commerce law, consumer protection law; he is also advisor to a number of leading entrepreneurial groups operating in Italy and abroad.
